I am a global electricity markets expert, specializing in market design, market analytics and forecasting, and power plant M&A. For nearly 15 years I've worked with clients in North America, LATAM (focusing on Mexico) and Europe to make smart decisions to safeguard their existing capital and identify opportunities to deploy new capital for conventional and renewable power plants. I am a strong communicator who advises senior executives on fundamental and regulatory changes to the electricity sector and the implications for their current and future capital investments. I've also provided oral and written testimony in front of the Connecticut Siting Council. During my career I've supported the successful transaction of more than $25 billion of conventional and renewable power plants. Notably, the $2.5 billion of acquisition of a wind operator and developer, the creation of the 3rd largest independent power producer in the U.S., and the $1.25 billion acquisition of a Mexican independent power producer.
