Paciolan has provided sports and entertainment venues with the software needed to facilitate automated ticketing.

I lead the Design team at Hudl (http://www.hudl.com), which is a collection of mobile and web apps made for high school athletic coaches and their players. Hudl helps teams discover tendencies through video, reports, and statistical data. That information, in turn, helps them win. My personal mission is to design products and shape technologies that meld into peoples' lives and enable them to achieve their goals. I grew up in a world where the "inmates ran the asylum" (Cooper). But in my lifetime, I hope to completely undo the perception that software experiences are bound to be crappy. In the 10 years since I began my career, we've already seen tremendous progress. Recently, I've been looking for talented, cross-disciplined designers to join our small, product-focused squads. Designers have a seat at the table at every level within our company. Design-thinking and user-centered product development processes have been a competitive advantage for us since the beginning of our company. And we feel like we're just getting started.
