Sean Fruin is an energetic millennial who offers an advanced skill set in business development, marketing and sales. After graduating from Hofstra University in 2010 with a BA in Marketing, Sean spent over 3 years working with Microsoft. During this time, Sean managed day-to-day operations for a global partner incentive marketing program with over $4M in annual business investment funding. In the last two years, Sean has switched gears to focus on growing San Diego Free Ride, an electric shuttle transportation company supported by sponsors. In recent news, SDFR has been awarded an operating agreement with Civic San Diego to run a publicly funded on-demand transportation program set to launch later this summer. Locally, Sean has developed partnerships with CivicSD, Downtown SD Partnership, SD Convention Center and Uptown Parking District. Sean has activated branding campaigns for TaylorMade Golf, Fuddruckers, Mission Brewery, Vita Coco, CLIF Bar, Fox Sports, SDCCU, and Swinerton Builders. Sean spearheaded partnership development with the San Diego Chargers and Farmers Insurance Open golf tournament at Torrey Pines. Most recently, Sean has joined the team at OUTFRONT Media as an Account Executive specializing in the San Diego market. Sean has proven his ability to develop and nurture strong business relationships in multiple business categories.
