With more than 20 years of experience managing executive-level and community-based events for sports, spiritual and health organizations. I came to realize my passion for event planning early on during my tenure with the National Basketball Association. I attribute my success to being highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once; to being a problem solver who works well under pressure as well as in the face of adversity; and to my creativity, which allows me to take my client's vision to new heights. The unique skills I bring to my clients or employer are a high level of motivation, initiative, and commitment to superior quality of work. Equally important, I place a high value on results, optimism, hard work and collaborative effort. I'm very resourceful and a problem solver with experience working in a fast-paced environment, which has engendered a confidence in dealing with ambiguity and change.
