How do we prepare--both ourselves and the next generation--for the need to constantly reinvent ourselves and adapt to ever-fast change?

I am a data specialist, and marketing and operations all-rounder, with proven experience in data management, developing marketing strategy, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, and project management. I have a strong track record of delivering on varied and demanding business objectives, with expertise in data privacy, analytics and metrics, and e-commerce and content platform migrations. As an effective communicator with the ability to influence others and build strong internal networks, I excel in project and matrix management environments. I am commercially aware and have considerable experience of supplier management, critical financial analysis, and managing budgets. I am driven and motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. My aim is to help others to do and be the best they can, through making working practices simpler, coaching, and mentoring.
