Carolyn Tisch Blodgett is the CEO and Founder of Next 3, where she oversees a portfolio of assets across sports. As part of this, she serves as a strategic advisor to the Tisch Ownership Group at the New York Football Giants, supporting ownerships' interest across the business. Additionally, she is a strategic investor in high growth companies across sports, media and entertainment. She is an Independent Board Member at Hatch, a leading sleep technology company, and serves on the Leadership Council of the Robin Hood Foundation. Carolyn is the former Head of Global Marketing at Peloton, a brand she helped build from a little known fitness startup into a household name. Carolyn joined the company as the first head of marketing when the company had 30,000 members and a little over $100M in revenue and left with 3.1M members globally and a market capitalization of $35B. She built a global team across consumer insights, PR, creative and integrated marketing and spearheaded the launch of several new products - the Peloton Bike+, The Peloton Tread, The Peloton Tread+, and the Peloton App. She was responsible for all marketing globally, including the successful introduction of Peloton into 3 new markets - the UK, Canada and Germany. Her work has been cited by national outlets and she is regularly invited to serve as a keynote speaker at events including the Fortune’s Most Powerful Women’s Summit. She has been the recipient of several prestigious awards including Crain's 40 under 40, Business Insider’s 25 Most Innovative CMOs in the World, AdAge 40 under 40, Adweek's Most Powerful Women in Sports, and the AdWeek Brand Genius Award.
