I believe in flexible planning and process and prefer to use the collective IQ of my team members to co-create marketing strategies and roadmaps. When I get stuck, I’m known to seek outside counsel and 3rd party perspectives.I’m partial to data and measurement of any kind to help tell persuasive, compelling, fact-based stories about what is/is not working in Marketing, and why. While I consider myself an analytical marketer, I have profound respect for the creative process and the capacity to tie branding and campaign design concepts back to business and marketing objectives.I've heard that I'm one to accept accountability for performance and that I’m skilled at selling changes that need to be made to achieve results. As a leader, I value independent thinkers, but expect teamwork and cooperation to achieve the mission.
