Mr. Rischar is a results-driven leader with 20+ years of operations, strategy and technical leadership. He has experience in startups, large fortune 500 corporate environments and divisional business units, having led several global businss and technology transformation projects. Prior to his current role, Mr. Rischar was the CIO of Harlan Laboratories, a global contract research firm supporting the Life Sciences, where he led the global transformation of IT and business operations during private equity ownership. Prior to Harlan, Mr. Rischar was Director of Applications for Perrigo where he was responsible for laboratory systems, security and eCommerce systems integration with Walmart, CVS and other large retailers. Mr. Rischar also worked 14 years with Eli Lilly and Company where he held positions of increasing responsibility in IT management. Specialties include new business start-up operations, Salesforce.com, Interactive Intelligence, Zendesk, Lesson.ly, customer support, IT strategy, infrastructure, business intelligence, customer portals, ERP (JD Edwards/Oracle and SAP), Salesforce.com and business process improvement. Significant experience partnering with executive leadership to enable business transformation, including acquisitions and turnarounds.
