As a kid I wanted to grow up to be an archaeologist, more specifically, like Indiana Jones. My education led me down a different path, luckily no snakes! The one theme that has always remained is the interest in "why". Why do people do what the do? Choose one brand over another? Why are certain companies successful while others fail? I love to tie history to the present, uncover trends and predict how customer behavior might change in the future. Learning what motivates people is what motivates me. I'm passionate about defining audiences and developing campaigns, testing strategies and continually optimizing for results. I am experienced in working across multiple media channels including television, audio, digital, print, email and USPS mail. The most fulfilling part of this journey is that I'm not in it alone, I'm leading a group of remarkably talented individuals down a path towards redefining our industry. I may not be uncovering ancient civilizations or the ark of the covenant, but as I support each team member in discovering and maximizing their unique potential, I find my work just as exciting and rewarding.
