My current position is Specialist of Marketing & Business Strategy Dept. for CTstage Business Unit which plans Contact Center products & solutions and supports Systems engineering teams, Sales teams and partners since Oct. 2015. And I had experience of contributing as a Project Manager of delivering/constructing Contact Center with CTstage to OKI that is the market leader of CTI solution in Japan, since Sep. 2013. I had completed all projects I managed as planed. Before joining OKI, I worked for Avaya as a New Solution Engineer for customers in Enterprise Unified Communication solutions market and a member of In-region R&D for 8+ years. In Avaya, - In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols, telecommunication industry and technology. - As a technical expert of the products/solutions, providing knowledge and presentations for partners and Avaya associates, via both live and web conference for explaining products and solutions, in both English and Japanese. Before joining Avaya, I have 18+ years experience of contributing as R&D engineer and software engineer to OKI. - Leading Development project of Carrier grade software switching system, CenterStage. - Issued 17 patents documents in Japan. 1 of them has been registered in Japan, 2 of them in the U.S., and 1 of them in China. And - Leading Working Group of H.248 (aka Megaco) for TTC (Telecommunicaiton Standardizaion Organizaiton in Japan). And contributing as a member of SIP WG to TTC. - Wrote several patents (Japan: filed 17, received 1, U.S.: filed 2, received 2, China: filed 2)
