Law firm recruiter with experience in attorney recruiting across the firm's 51 offices nationwide. Responsible for firm's Recruiting & Retention Department, administering lateral as well as entry level attorney recruitment and summer associate programs. Oversee the recruitment and retention efforts of staff Firm-wide. - Manage lateral and entry level attorney recruiting across all offices - Oversee staff recruiting Firm-wide - Coordinate Summer Associate Program - Attend National Diversity Job Fairs on behalf of the Firm - Review candidate submissions - Handle correspondence and relationships with candidates and outside agencies - Draft position advertisements - Manage relationships with job boards and strategic placement of job advertising - Analyze data for internal firm reports - Work closely with Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion - Help create and implement Firm policy as it pertains to Recruiting and Retention efforts - Empower and support Recruiting Team to meet Firm's recruiting needs To view all our current opportunities, follow us on Twitter @JobsAtOgletree
