The key to any successful business or relationship is effective communication. The words we choose to say and how we say them can determine the outcome of any interaction. The knowledge of the power of communication, along with a life-long passion for writing and meeting new people, drove me to pursue a career in the field of public relations. My undergraduate education in Public Relations from the University of Georgia as well as experience in marketing and content creation in real estate and hospitality led me to my current role in legal PR. Each day, I enthusiastically seek out media opportunities for our talented attorneys, including building relationships with reporters and publications. I strategically and efficiently disseminate news on behalf of the firm via press releases and social media posts. My skills include media relations, writing for multiple mediums, understanding of media monitoring platforms such as Cision, and social media management. Outside of work, I am happiest when I can read a good book with cup of iced coffee in hand and my two dogs by side. Preferably, at the beach! Let’s connect!
