I help employers with the issues that impact their people. As co-chair of Ogletree’s Pay Equity Practice Group, I work with clients to conduct proactive pay audits to identify and remedy disparities that may exist. As a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Practice Group I assist clients with identifying opportunities to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion. I also partner with clients to provide practical counseling regarding proactive harassment prevention, medical leave, disability accommodations, and performance issues (among others), investigate harassment and other complaints and assist with the response to those matters, and provide training for all levels (from front line workers to executives and boards).
