I regularly litigate employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims as well as investigate and respond on behalf of management to internal and administrative employee claims. I also regularly counsel and litigate issues relating to non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements.My traditional labor law practice includes union avoidance, certification and decertification elections, objections to elections, collective bargaining, strikes and injunctions, arbitration, and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.
