Oak Hill Advisors is a leading independent investment firm specializing in leveraged loans, high yield bonds, structured products, distressed securities and turnaround investments. With approximately $31 billion of capital as of July 2017, Oak Hill Advisors manages distressed funds, credit hedge funds, customized accounts and other specialty credit funds. Ms. Jung is a Partner and Co-Head of Europe at Oak Hill Advisors, a US based $25 billion credit and private equity firm. Ms. Jung has over 20 years of experience in the investment management and financial services industries, most recently having led the build out of the European business of Oak Hill Advisors. As an NED and a leading active debt and private equity investor, she has experience across a broad array of industries and significant international experience. As Co-Head of Oak Hill’s European business, Alexandra serves on multiple Oak Hill boards and committees and is involved in all aspects of management and governance including budgeting, strategic planning, operations, HR, legal and compliance. Additionally, she currently serves on the board of Casual Dining Group, one of the UK's largest restaurant chains. With significant transaction experience, she has served on numerous creditor and shareholder committees in a leadership role in refinancing and restructuring transactions. Prior to joining Oak Hill Advisors, Ms. Jung managed investments in credit, distressed debt and equity as part of Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s European Special Situations Group and at Greywolf Capital. In addition, Ms. Jung worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin in the Financial Restructuring Group. She earned a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A., cum laude, from Bucknell University.
