I invest $200K-$2M in early-stage startups focused on building technology that enable all humans to get ahead. I have been involved as an investor and/or board member with Udemy, Kahoot!, Adaptive Insights, among other companies in education tech, cloud/SAAS productivity, and job-creating platforms and marketplaces. I support diversity and equity as the centerpiece of a company’s culture from inception. It starts with the founders. I am proud that 70% of my startups are co-founded by women. Member of LCDA (Latino Corporate Directors Association). I have an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. I teach a course at Stanford on education entrepreneurship.
