Serving in key human resources roles at NVIDIA for the better part of thirteen years, I’ve been privileged to be part of the senior leadership team shepherding growth from 1,000 employees at five locations to more than 10,000 employees across 45 locations worldwide. During that time, my work has expanded from international compensation and equity program development to encompass HR operations, benefits, employee experience and branding, talent and change management, systems implementation, and diversity initiatives across EMEA, APAC, India and the Americas. Collectively, I’ve been a part of HR for companies with revenues ranging from $2.5B to $10.5B since 1998—developing multibillion-dollar comp / equity plans while building and rolling out more than 25 major programs serving up to 40,000 employees globally. I hold certificates in project management, HR and workforce metrics, M&A readiness, and global benefits management. That experience guides my work at NVIDIA, as I partner not only with our employees around the world, but also with our shareholders and Board of Directors.
