My career has spanned both tech/UX and many forms of content development, including recorded music, live video streaming, podcast production, artist management, and record label management. I helped build several iconic software products, and the music artists and producers I’ve discovered, financed, and managed are responsible for hundreds of millions of streams. I discovered Capitol Records artist Allen Stone, and currently manage Daramola (producer for Social Club Misfits, Lecrae, Ke$ha), I’ve financed records for Mr. Talkbox (5 Grammys with Bruno Mars’ "24k Magic"), Jeremy Rosado (American Idol), and dozens more artists. I have a broad range of professional content development, digital media, & creative industry experience: A&R/talent management, executive producing, legal/copyright law, publishing, recording, mixing, mastering, video live streaming, producing live events end-to-end, social media & digital content strategy. In technology and software I’ve shipped many software commercial products, and features within, including Microsoft Visual Studio, and Microsoft Windows. Personally, logged over 4000 hours observing and collecting data of people using software both in the field and in the usability lab. I have deep experience with leading and running teams, software engineering, the product development process, and project management. I've been a corporate trainer and I currently teach as an adjunct professor at Northwest University's Creatio creative arts program.
