A great team player, Caroline works to the highest of standards, has extremely well developed communications skills and a real passion for what she does. Her role was extremely diverse. Internally she ran client administration, managed team travel and accommodation and supported business development with the production of RFP documentation, sales pitch materials and appointment confirmations. Client-side she provided advice on media selection and deadlines, copy editing, production management of media materials, proof reading and billings. The advertising industry works to immovable deadlines and as such is highly pressurised.
