Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. is the bank holding company of Nicolet National Bank, a growing, full-service, community bank providing services ranging from commercial and consumer banking to wealth management and retirement plan services. Founded in Green Bay in 2000, Nicolet National Bank operates branches in Northeast and Central Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan.

I have been serving the banking industry as a banking professional since 2003 in Green Bay and surrounding areas, but I have also written loans and assisted with personal banking throughout the state of Wisconsin and beyond. I started in the consumer banking industry after graduating from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin and continued my education while working and earned my Masters Degree from Lakeland College. My background in personal finance and banking lead me to the mortgage industry and I expanded my branch management role to include mortgage loan originating. Along with Branch Management, Mortgage Lending has been a great career because it is rewarding to help clients in one of the largest investments they make in their lives and the one that is instant gratification for their family. A few years ago I made the move to the other side of the bank with a position in mortgage processing. My background in mortgage as well as branch management was a perfect fit to manage the pricing desk and post-closing department. I was ready to learn a new facet of banking and take on more responsibility to grow with the bank.
