Next Jump was recently recognized by a group of Harvard Professors and an organization, Way to Grow, as a Deliberately Developmental Organization. Next Jump was one of three organizations globally recognized for this honor. The recent book launch featured a discussion by Professors Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey, Simon Sinek and our Co-CEO's, Charlie and Meghan.

I’m fortunate to work with amazing people who are making a real difference, in my role as the Managing Director of Next Jump's UK Office. Since joining Next Jump in 2011, I have helped quadruple the business, and we’re now on course to exceed $3billion in sales this year through our e-commerce platform. During this time, our UK office has been recognised as one of the "fastest growing companies in Europe" by INC Magazine, a "top entrepreneurial company" by Entrepreneur Magazine and recipient of a "Performance Marketing Award" for our work with John Lewis. We have also been recognised by Harvard Business Review, as 1 of 3 "Deliberately Developmental Organisations" worldwide - a company that puts the growth of its people ahead of its profits. Above all else, I am passionate about growing people & businesses to do things with purpose. I am currently spearheading Next Jump’s Adopt-a-School program; an initiative designed to transform education & the role businesses play in supporting their local communities (http://bit.ly/1PqYr4N), and mentor some of the brightest upcoming entrepreneurs who are part of the New Entrepreneurs Foundation (NEF). I am also a member of the Virgin Unite’s People Innovation Network – a community of 30 business leaders brought together by Richard Branson and Arianna Huffington, all of whom are passionate about re-defining work to help people thrive.
