Next Jump was recently recognized by a group of Harvard Professors and an organization, Way to Grow, as a Deliberately Developmental Organization. Next Jump was one of three organizations globally recognized for this honor. The recent book launch featured a discussion by Professors Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey, Simon Sinek and our Co-CEO's, Charlie and Meghan.

J.F. Hilliard Company LLC is an Veteran(SDVOSB) and Minority(MBE) owned Construction Management and General Contractor. My goal is providing a methodology for minority and small business in my locale to mesh and thrive with larger contractors in the construction industry. We accomplish this by providing user friendly advice and accessible capabilities that many small contractors have not had the experience of using in the past. My goal is to provide my clientele services and capabilities that are expected in this era of high tech construction technology and standards. Additionally , I seek to provide real life construction experiences for those who seek a way to achieve construction careers without the traditional necessity of college education and a lifetime of debt. Currently we are engaged in some large scale painting and drywall projects. We have been able to provide employment for 25 people during this time of pandemic precautions.
