Town Sports International (TSI) is a key player in the fitness and exercise space in the Northeast. We operate over 150 clubs in 9 states and service almost 500,000 members who come to us to meet their fitness goals. Those members know us as NYSC, BSC, PSC and WSC. At TSI, everybody matters - members, guests, visitors, employees. Every Body. This means then that we are constantly refreshing our program and fitness offerings and overall gym experience. This includes experimenting with innovative studio-quality programming at our NYSC and BSC Labs, developing high intensity small group training classes, partnering with the new athletic-based groups to offer practical sports interval training and investing in our fitness equipment for those seeking cardio and strength training experiences. We also offer group exercise programs, racquet sports, swimming facilities and Sports Club for Kids. We offer fitness for Every Body.

Lead and manage all aspects of Human Resource regional supporting activities and act as a strategic advisor to business partners on all talent related matters including organizational & leadership development, performance management, employee relations, team building, talent acquisition & retention, training & development, compensation & benefits and compliance. Identify, ensure alignment and implement a talent management plan that addresses both the strategic and operational needs of the business.
