During my reign as the CFO at Grubb & Ellis Company (NYSE GBE) led the implementation of a $50M senior credit facility and oversaw the company's $18M shareholder rights equity restructuring. Led the launch of a Financial Services Group which succeeded in gaining institutional marketplace business adding key competitive advantage to the $3.5 Billion Investment Sales transaction business. My expertise and background includes transaction focused underwriting, M&A due diligence, financial modeling, and board presentation. Led in M&A deals aggregating $100M in acquisitions, and integrated acquired companies with best practices in profitability tracking, right sizing, management information flow, and forecasting financial cycles.
