As a subject matter expert on the full suite of HR disciplines, including operations, diversity, equity, inclusion, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, I serve as an influential business partner to C-suite executives. I shape transformational business strategy and structure to drive decision-making by recommending revenue growth and profitability improvements. Recognized as a people leader who drives change across organizations of up to 50K employees, I have built teams from the ground up and led day-to-day operations with oversight of up to 500 direct reports.
