With 35 years of corporate experience in Change Management and leading large teams behind me, I now specialise in professional development and executive coaching and mentoring for business leaders, managers and executives. I also run a small private counselling practice, for those people that might want more therapeutic support. As a coach-mentor, I work with people in support of their personal and professional goals and as an executive, in the pursuit of their strategic goals. I have over 20 years’ experience and a Professional Diploma in Coach-Mentoring. I work in areas such as self-analysis, problem solving, career planning, influencing, stakeholder management, leadership presence and team working. I help clients with their individual transitions and transformations and at an organisational level, to improve team performance and company results. Using the jargon, I am what’s called a Humanistic Person-Centred Counsellor. What that actually means is that I am here to listen to clients, without judgement and with empathy. We explore what’s happening for the client, increase self-awareness and work together to find a way forward. My current clients bring a range of things including anxiety and depression, relationship issues, past trauma, bereavement, low self-esteem/self-worth and much more. Many don’t feel happy within themselves and want to make changes or maybe find a way to cope with something they can’t change. I offer tailored services which are as individual as my clients.
