Recent Achievements ➢Managed large group of molecular biologists, pathologists and statisticians responsible for the research and development of Prolaris, an RNA expression signature to help identify indolent prostate cancer. This work has resulted in the establishment of 60-person urology business unit. ➢Primary scientific oversight for the commercial launch of both Prolaris and Prezeon. Worked with laboratory operations, customer service, marketing, and sales to align commercial activities with protocols and conclusions from clinical studies.➢Provided scientific leadership for CLIA/CAP regulatory accreditation and Medicare coverage determination. Prolaris received positive Medicare coverage determination in 2014. ➢Post commercial launch, worked with medical directors, sales and marketing within the urology business unit to support Prolaris market adoption. ➢Presented company research to academic opinion leaders, scientific conferences, and industry partners.
