Farmers Bank is an independent community bank and operates out of a one bank holding company, Magnolia Banking Corporation. The Bank operates the subsidiary called Magnolia Properties, Inc.

Over 11 years of in-depth knowledge of various banking and loan operations. In May of 2018, I became a Certified Bank Training Professional from Interaction Training. As the Learning and Development Supervisor, I have vast experience in completing a training program from start to finish as well as effectively leading a team of bank trainers. I implemented and currently manage a successful Mentor Program for the front-line staff of Farmers Bank. I have created and facilitated several other successful training programs such sales and service training, leadership training and organized a bank wide all employee training day event with guest speakers. I have successfully led the training team through an acquisition for 9 branches. I am the administrator of our Learning Management System, BAI, and I have experience creating, assigning, and monitoring regulatory required courses for our employees.
