A dedicated, honest, driven, responsible marketing professional that enjoys developing marketing plans and promoting services while learning how that plan affected the audience. In the development of these marketing plans, I make it a critical point to maintain relationships with all of my colleagues, which will help foster teamwork and collaboration. As I have grown over the past years and moved into this Marketing Profession/Brand Manager Role, I have gained experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns using multiple marketing tactics to drive the campaign to success. Salesforce.com has been a helpful tool in allowing me to learn and understand the client base and also interact on a small level with the Sales team to initiate targeted and segmented marketing messages for various events. Chatter, within Salesforce.com, has been an extremely efficient tool for our team to communicate on different projects. As we activate these marketing campaigns, I have been able to gain an understanding for Marketing Automation, through Eloqua. Eloqua has given me the opportunity to watch a campaign be effective and report on various events in order to understand the sales process and a return on investment. Experience and skills: Salesforce.com, Chatter, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Excel.
