Jennifer is an expert in digital technologies, collaborative teamwork practices and innovation in the construction industry. She has worked in both the UK and Australia over the past 15 years, across a variety of industry and academic roles. She is passionate about improving the performance of the construction industry, and the individuals within it, through harnessing new technologies in an efficient, strategic manner. With an engineering background in complex analysis, Jennifer has highly developed problem solving skills, encompassing strategic/conceptual analysis through to data and computational analysis, and is known as a visionary thinker amongst her peers. An award-winning teacher, Jennifer enjoys coaching others to succeed, and to see her strategies implemented and making a difference in the companies she has worked in.
