Managed $17MM budget, collaborated with multiple third-party vendors, business organizations, and team strength of 144 resources to develop the platform. Bank received multiple patents. Led deployment of multiple platforms to meet BASEL requirements at banks and Data Governance program across the organization. Implemented Data Quality and Metadata Framework and Enterprise Data Management policies. Successfully delivered multiple Data initiatives, Cloud Migration, Platform Transformations, ERP, CPM, , IT bench-marking, Reg-Tech, Human Capital Management and Business transformation at various clients. Taught several MBA classes as Adjunct Faculty. Classes include Strategy, Innovation, Change Management. Management of millennials.
