I'm a versatile information technology executive with a record of success helping midsize businesses stabilize and grow their IT infrastructures by developing IT strategy, managing IT operations, and leading high-visibility projects. Living in the sweet spot between business-mindedness and technical geekiness, I partner with business leaders to understand their vision – and their business units' processes, pain points, workload, and aspirations. With that understanding, I guide IT professionals to improve the organization by leveraging both technology and process change. Successes include: * Increasing data integrity, positioning for analytics, and improving billing accuracy, by implementing enterprise software * Boosting customer attraction/retention through best-in-market network services and BYOD support * Improving efficiency and product delivery through cloud applications, single sign-on, and tight data/provisioning integration A great appetite for knowledge has given me broad experience in business operations as well as technologies such as networking, systems, cloud, telecom, and mobile computing.
