I am a big advocate of the user centric approach to define roadmaps and priorities. I push back on 'inside-out' or 'computer says no' mentalities. My strengths are to make my client understand what brings value to their customers and for my team to be able to work in an environment that helps them grow to the best of their capabilities In my role I have helped build a retail bank from scratch, launched an app for one of oldest wealth banks in the world, enabled millions of customers of a cable company to join or manage their services and many more. My domain knowledge spans Finance (Retail, wealth and investment), HR, government, review sites as product manager and product owner in the Netherlands, Europe, Middle East and Asia. I lead a team of 12 product managers/product owners/business analysts and am part of the competence management team
