I am a senior digital transformation leader and technology pacesetter with 25-plus years of success in strategizing and leading organizations. As a leader, I believe in empowering the team's resilience by helping prevent burnout. I recognize and honor diversity of skills within the team and integrate them into a cohesive fabric, helping them work better together. With a passion for learning, I have leveraged technologies to uncover opportunities and direct innovative strategies that improve business and operations. Over time, I have collaborated with different business sectors of the organization to conceptualize and propose digital and innovation factories as enterprise solutions. Leading a team of over 110 employees and managing an asset of over 26MM, I am passionate about a research-oriented approach, agile mindset, and using a simplification to evolution approach while collaborating with businesses. As a team, we have successfully deployed an enterprise-level MLOps strategy using Revenue Forecasting Predictive model for finance controllership and FP&A groups that are yielding positive outcomes. This model was awarded the AFP 2022 award for innovation. As a leader, I have helped the team to successfully deliver multiple use cases involving Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning to gain Operational efficiency. One such example is embedding an anomaly detection model as one of the workflow steps while processing transactions. This has enabled proactive identification of issues and resolution before being written to the system of records. Another area of using the power of machine learning has been in the area of Natural Language Processing, where we have successfully used AI-powered form recognizer algorithms to train the model to read data from the invoices sent by vendors and carriers thus minimizing data entry errors. Team has used the power of Natural Language Generation (NLG) for story telling their data variance during month-end close. In the lab we are actively involved in Blockchain using Hyperledger framework technology for Vendor Onboarding and smart contracts to interact with Oracle API’s for P2P implementation.
