10+ years of marketing experience in tech education focusing on new product go-to-market strategy,  execution of integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, event planning, website content, market research),  and multiple operational aspects of learning program management, including pre-sale support, scheduling and delivery, change management, customer service, and learning management systems. I have a track record of building and improving operational workflow, and maintaining high customer satisfaction - all while respecting market trends and financial controls.
