I am a senior litigation Partner at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. I practice in the areas of Creditors Remedies, Receivership & Insolvency law and Relationship Property disputes.I have practised law for the past 30 years. I have many years of experience in the Leadership and management of commercial services firms having acted as Managing Partner/ Chairman of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and having served on the firms board for the past 15 years. I have also completed the Leading Professional services firms course at Harvard University. I currently serve on the boards of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts (lawyers),Fairway Resolution Limited and Auckland Grammar School. I very much enjoy the challenges of Leadership. I also believe strongly in the benefits of providing a top quality education in our schools which will enhance the quality of our community as a whole.
