I love combining strategy, analytics, and hustle to create, design, and build smart processes and programs for sustainable growth of $10M to $100M+ SaaS companies. My passion lies in making sure the 'science' part of the sales equation operates efficiently and effectively, so reps can make their number and companies can exceed revenue goals. Building scalable processes, creating user-friendly systems, building revenue generating programs, and measuring with key metrics - lie at the heart of what I enjoy. With 3 successful exits (1 IPO, 2 Acquisitions), I thrive in bringing order to the chaos that typically exists at fast-growth companies and love growing and managing support teams. While there is no secret sauce to doing this, I believe in a buyer-centric sales process to ensure sales is making their number and that the business is able to repeatedly forecast accurately. Strong systems management sits at the core of a solid sales process to support sales rep efficiency, adoption, and scaling smart. Just as important to rep efficiency is ensuring sales rep effectiveness and this starts with a solid onboarding program to reduce ramp time, continues with ongoing enablement and playbook certifications, is measured by strong playbook activities in the systems, supported by an optimized tech stack, tracked and measured via KPIs and scorecards, and reviewed with solid QBRs.Additional areas of focus: Prescriptive Inbound Process, Contact Acquisition, Outbound Prospecting, Account Based Selling, Account Based Marketing, Customer Life Cycle, Customer Scorecards, Retention Strategies.I'm always open to learning more and am happy to connect - thank you!
