As one of 5 members of the senior team at the Portland location I am responsible for revenue growth through strategic planning and collaborative effort with all functions of the location. I currently have 13 direct reports consisting of 10 outside sales rep in six states, a Marketing manager, Architectural Rep and Inside Sales Supervisor. together we account for over 60,000,000 of revenue by developing and providing great customer care to our large dealer network. My responsibilities also include the Annual Operating Plan preparation and presentation to our Milgard Corporate Leadership Team, P& L responsibilities, and control over the hiring and terminating of employees. As Sales Manger over the last 7 years I have lead the location into 4 new territories in 4 different states; have won 3 Sales Manager of the year awards and have been part of the senior team that has won multiple company awards that include Location of the Year and Customer Service Location of the year.
