I have worked in marketing, customer experience and IC and engagement for the whole of my career, c20 years, with several of these being consultancy or head-of department level roles. These roles have covered a wide range of business sectors, namely; utilities, professional services, insurance, automotive and hospitality, across B2B and B2C, in the UK and overseas. I’ve been working within the interim employment market for nearly 5 years and have specialised in organisations undergoing growth or transformational change, most recently within utilities. This role was at National Grid Smart, and as a new start up business, I was accountable for developing their marketing strategy and establishing their marketing function and capabilities. Prior to entering the interim employment market, I worked within the automotive sector for MG Motor UK, in a senior marketing position.
