I am an experienced senior recruitment leader who enjoys helping tech companies scale through finding the best talent and ensuring the right processes and systems are in place for the exciting journey ahead. The team I manage is currently based in Spain and Poland and we are responsible for recruiting across the EMEA and Australia, however over my 16 years of experience I have also recruited within APAC and the USA. I understand recruitment systems and have designed and implemented ATS's on a global scale (lever and greenhouse). I've also been part of 2 acquisitions and can adapt to change while keeping the team motivated and delivering in challenging times. My experience has seen me work across various industries like e-commerce / logistics software (SaaS), Digital Media, Pharma, Insurance, Teleco, Manufacturing, Construction, Online Gaming, Financial Services, Retail and FMCG.
