“A dream will always triumph over reality, once it is given the chance.” This quote comes from one of my favorite Sci-Fi authors: Stanislaw Lem. After working 14 years for a global DAX30-listed science and technology company, I decided to give my dream a chance. In March 2019, I founded entrusted, my own company. entrusted provides strategic advice to mid-size and large companies for online PR and marketing, employee communications and digital-driven reorganization. At my former employer, I worked 7 years in IT and a further 7 years in Communications in multiple leadership positions. By building up the digital media department, launching a social intranet for 50.000 employees and relaunching all corporate websites globally, I could influence the digital transformation journey. And I realized how important it is to be the link between management, communication, marketing and IT. This is what entrusted provides. Being an engineer by education, I enjoy solving problems and welcome change. In collaboration with smart people, I like to question alleged certainties to get to the heart of the matter. My belief is that we can add a lot of value by better connecting people through technology.
