I joined Harris Lipman LLP, now Menzies LLP, straight from university and have been supported by the firm throughout the professional qualifications which include becoming a member of the ACCA and the completion of Joint Insolvency Exam Board. To follow on from achieving these, I hold an Insolvency Licence and take insolvency appointments in my sole name. My role as Partner of the Business Recovery & Insolvency team involves me dealing with the majority of the cases within the office and overseeing the progression of the cases. I have experience in dealing with Administrations (Including Pre-Packs & Trading), both solvent (MVL) and insolvent (CVL) Liquidations as well as dealing with Company Voluntary Arrangements. In addition, I also undertake investigations into Compulsory Liquidations and Bankruptcies.
