I help grow and build trustworthy, transparent, and collaborative global technology organizations by being genuine, leading by example, and assisting the next generation of leaders by highlighting their successes and providing direct feedback. These types of diverse groups are encouraged to speak their mind (and feel heard) and has led to responsible risk taking, collaborative solutions which exceed original goals, more successful M&A integrations, and ultimately greater employee engagement. In addition to strategic gudiance, I am involved with technical architectural decisions across SaaS applications, platform, security and IT. I also have responsibility for $MM budget and forecasting for multiple P&Ls and departments, vendor negotiation and relationship management, and am the main business partner for Finance (FP&A and technical accounting), Legal, HR, and our client's security teams. I am also driving multi-year cloud migration and security improvements throughout the 500+ person global R&D organization.
