As head of software development, technical operations, product owners, technical support, and IT at Meltwater—offering outside-the-firewall monitoring of traditional and social media for PR and marketing professionals—I like to think we’ve lived up to that philosophy. Our world-class technical team believes in putting the customer first, taking chances, and working together to build great software. Prior to joining Meltwater, my work centered on developing business process management (BPM), customer relationship management (CRM), call center, and adaptive decisioning software for banks, insurance companies, satellite TV, and healthcare providers—first at Chordiant Software, and later when Pegasystems acquired the company and added telecom and higher education customers. Collectively, I’ve helped drive growth for start-up to public companies as they’ve doubled and tripled in size—leading teams of up to 400 across Europe, Asia, India, and the Americas in building more than a billion dollars in enterprise and B2B applications and platforms. Leadership includes: – Scaling and directing the development of four SaaS-based enterprise applications – Introducing and rolling out Agile-based principles and teams – Redesigning myriad user experiences and interfaces – Participating on many M&A deals – Overseeing six acquisitions and integrations Think you’ve got what it takes to join Meltwater?
