In September 2011, I joined Apple as an Associate in the Apple Store Leader Program. The program is a 24-month immersion into every aspect of managing and operating an Apple Retail Store. I spent time in key store positions — helping customers find the right solutions to achieve their goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete projects within short time frames, and collecting consumer insights and data to improve store results.
