I am a Licensed Land Surveyor and GIS Analyst in Southern California with over 34 years experience in the fields of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. My mapping experience covers the gamut of Civil Engineering and Surveying applications. Extensive experience in support of survey field crews for design and contruction staking. I have education and experience in GPS technologies dating back to the late 80's. I am able to process static GPS observations using TGO, TBC or Starnet. Many projects in data collections, both conventional and GPS, have given me a good understanding of the challenges and the solutions needed to collect spatial data. My experience with GIS technologies goes back to the eraly 90's with ESRI products dating back to ArcView 1.0 through to ArcGIS 10.1. I have experience building and maintaining GIS websites based on ArcGIS Server technology.
