I have 15+ years of experience in customer-focused roles in data & analytics across telco, financial services and media industries. In March 2019 I started as the first Australian employee at Marketing Evolution, a US-based firm specialising in measuring and optimising marketing investment using data science and machine learning practices. In Australia, I work with my customer Optus, a leading telco provider. Over the last 5 years I have become a subject matter expert on new SaaS products as they've entered the APAC market. Day-to-day I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve a customer outcome through better relationship management, product innovation or process improvement.
