My career began with a part-time job my junior year in high school in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at Long & Foster Companies. From there I began working part-time in the company's payroll department, and then part-time in Human Resources. After graduation, I took on a full time position in Human Resources where I continued to advance professionally taking on more responsibilities and learning new skills. I currently work in Payroll and Accounting where I am responsible for the payrolls of several subsidiary companies. A key to my high productivity is being extremely organized, keeping detailed records, developing systems for tracking and follow-up, and utilizing all forms of technology for increased efficiencies. In a field where accuracy and timeliness is paramount, I have developed processes to make certain we meet our goals and deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy possible. I welcome new opportunities, rise to challenges, and proactively seek to learn new things. I embrace change and strive to be a contributing member of every team that I am on.
