With a track record of reigniting labor relations, building the drive for success in teams, bridging gaps between departments to create collaborative and highly productive partnerships, and optimizing a brand to attract and retain top talent, I use my multi industry background to look at problems from different perspectives to develop lasting solutions that will bring sustainable success to an organization. I think strategically, always keeping the big picture in mind, and work with experts across functions to eliminate pain points whenever possible. Whether it's navigating simultaneous negotiations with three labor unions, analyzing data and implementing policy to reduce excess overtime and expense by over 40%, being a spokesperson for a reshaped brand to build new relationships and increase the attractiveness of working there, "This is how it's always done" just isn't a phrase in my wheelhouse.
