In addition to 15 years of working with software development teams, the most recent 5 years have been hyper focussed on building a data delivery process, team, and technology stack to promote a data-driven culture. 5 years ago Liquid Web was a family owned business with a business intelligence system that was run on one of the brother's personal laptops. Since then my team has implemented 2 BI platforms, collaborated with the business to design processes and systems to generate actionable data, and built trust with our executive team such that they rely daily on the information my team provides on a daily basis. My super power is combining my software systems and process background with understanding the analytics goals of a project to build strong data pipelines anchored in a solid process to lead to valuable insights and analysis.
